Facilitator Mike Dawson has a comprehensive background in
banking and is a Tutor for the Institute of Financial Services (a
subsidiary of the Chartered Institute of Bankers) and an external
auditor for the FSSC (Financial Services Skills Council). His
knowledge of the industry and skill as a trainer make this an
invaluable workshop.
